i. Delegates will be provided with complimentary transport for pick-up from Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA) and drop-off at the A’Zambezi River Lodge, as well as all other hotels located along that route. This service will be provided on November 2nd.
ii. Return transport from the A’Zambezi River Lodge and all hotels en route back to Victoria Falls International Airport will be available on November 6th and 8th.
iii. Transport requested outside of these dates will be subject to a prior request and is based on availability.
5.1 The meeting will be conducted in English. Meeting materials will only be
provided in electronic format accordingly, participants are required to bring their own portable computers/laptops/tablets.
5.2 English, Shona and Ndebele are well spoken in Zimbabwe.
5.3 Direct worldwide connections are available, using the international code or telephone-operator as necessary. From outside Zimbabwe, dial “+263” followed by the area code (for landline numbers) and the required number.
5.4 There are three (3) major mobile phone (mobile) operators in Zimbabwe: Netone, Econet, and Telecel.
5.5 There shall be free Wi-Fi provided at the Conference Hotel Venue.
5.6 The meetings will be conducted in English Language and French Language with simultaneous interpretation.
Participants are encouraged to make accommodation reservations early as the conference destination is a popular tourist city and the conference is heading into the peak season.
